YOU’RE INVITED: Golden Hour Soirée

We invite you to enjoy 7 stations of delicious accoutrements, carefully paired with our estate-grown wines in the most stunning setting. Evenings on the knoll are our favorite and we feel there is no better compliment to a summer sunset than great food, great wine, and great company.

Each guest will get 2 servings from each station. In addition, there will be a bread bar with an assortment of made-from-scratch dips to choose from. We would describe this event as “heavy hors d’oeuvres”. It is not a seated dinner. Instead, we encourage you to eat, mingle and enjoy the evening.

Tentative Menu:
Station I: Gazpacho shots paired with 2022 Seyval Blanc
Station II: Blackberry and blue cheese crostinis with salted butter paired with 2022 Love, Virginia Rosé
Station III: Smoked mozzarella ravioli with mint pesto paired with 2021 Merlot
Station IV: Protein Station: Wood fired steak medallion with chimichurri OR cauliflower steak (by request) paired with ...to be determined
Station V: Prosciutto and fresh peach on a bamboo skewer paired with 2022 Chardonnay
Station VI: Stuffed warm date with chevre, black walnuts, black pepper, honey and sea salt paired with 2022 Petit Manseng
Station VII: Mini Lahmacun “pizzas” paired with 2022 Pinotage

On the evening of July 29, lasting into the early hours of July 30, the Delta Aquariids and Alpha Capricornids will merge their brilliance, painting the night with streaks of green, yellow, and orange fire.

• Bright fireballs, long glowing trails, and colorful streaks
• Best viewing from midnight to dawn
• No special equipment needed — just your eyes and a clear view of the sky
